Monthly Training- Silver Plan


A Personalized Training Plans for Elite cyclists and triathletes that are looking to improve their racing abilities and cycling performance for a season of racing, sportive’s, events, other competitions or for enjoyment.  See below for full details.


The Silver Package contains

  • Free Initial 20 minute consultation
  • Tailored Plan to Your Availability
  • Feedback each week
  • Weekly turnaround on changes to training plan
  • Weekly contact by phone, email, video call or training peaks with coach.

How the Process Works:

  • STEP 1 – Having purchased the Silver Package you are invited to set up the initial consultation to discuss your Training Plan, set goals and discuss your daily schedule with our head coach
  • STEP 2 – You complete a short personal profile questionnaire
  • STEP 3 – Your Training Plan will be personalized to you and uploaded to Training Peaks
  • STEP 4 – Following the telephone consultancy and the return of the short personal profile questionnaire any final will be made to your Training Plan which you will then be able to access and start training
  • STEP 5 – You will then be contacted weekly by your coach to discuss how your training is going and fine tune your plan
