The Gold Package comes with

  • Free Initial 20 Minute Consultation
  • Tailored Plan to Your Availability
  • Daily Feedback
  • Unlimited contact by phone, email, video call or Training Peaks
  • Daily turnaround on changes to training plan
  • Ongoing reviews and goal setting with Coach

How the Process Works:

  • STEP 1 – Having purchased the Gold Package you are invited to set up the initial consultation to discuss your Training Plan, set goals and discuss your daily schedule with our head coach
  • STEP 2 – You complete a short personal profile questionnaire
  • STEP 3 – Your Training Plan will be personalized to you and uploaded to Training Peaks
  • STEP 4 – Following the telephone consultancy and the return of the short personal profile questionnaire any final will be made to your Training Plan which you will then be able to access and start training
  • STEP 5 – You will then be contacted daily by your coach to discuss how your training is going and fine tune your plan
  • STEP 6 – You will receive ongoing reviews of how your training is going from your Coach and adjust any goal setting as needed.
