A group/club ride giving advice and guidance to the group during the ride to help get the best out of the group rides (Up to 15 Riders).
Youth or Kids Group session for up to 6 weeks. Example formats include
Balance bikes, Learning to Pedaling, General Bike Skills, Race Skills and Techniques (Numbers of kids would depend on number of coaches (6 kids to one coach).
These can also be offered to club/school or group to run the sessions.
The venue to be organised by group, club or schools.
Contact will be made prior to the day to arrange a meeting time and place, areas the group may wish to have advice given on and to discuss the route options for the spin.
