Kids/Youth Coaching

Group Coaching Sessions

Youth or Kids Group session formats can include Balance bikes, Learning to Pedaling, Road Safety, General Bike Skills, Race Skills and Techniques (Numbers of kids would depend on number of coaches (10 kids to one coach).

Contact will be made prior to the session to discuss what you’d like to achieve from the session and to arrange a suitable meeting time and venue. This package can be arranged for any discipline and tailored to your needs, duration of the session will depend on the athletes current fitness and goals for the sessions- Max 2 hours. Travel cost will apply for over 20km from home. 

1 Hour – €150  

2 Hours – €200

Individual Monthly Coaching Plans

A Comprehensive Personalized Training Plan for youth beginners new to the sport looking for guidance to improve confidence and techniques on the bike, and youth cyclists and triathletes that are keen to improve their racing abilities and  cycling performance, fine tune their cycling performance for a season of racing, sportive’s, events or other competitions. Tailored to suit each individual and disciplines. 

Plans for U16’s

€80 per Month 

  • Free Initial 20 minute consultation
  • Tailored Plan to Your Availability
  • Fourth nightly feedback 
  • Fourth nightly turnaround on changes to training plan
  • Fourth nightly contact by phone, email, video call or training peaks with coach.

How the Process Works:

  • STEP 1 – Having purchased the training package you are invited to set up the initial consultation to discuss your Training Plan, set goals and discuss your daily schedule with our head coach
  • STEP 2 – You complete a short personal profile questionnaire
  • STEP 3 – Your Training Plan will be personalized to you and uploaded to Training Peaks
  • STEP 4 – Following the telephone consultancy and the return of the short personal profile questionnaire any final will be made to your Training Plan which you will then be able to access and start training
  • STEP 5 – You will then be contacted fourth nightly by your coach to discuss how your training is going and fine tune your plan
