Monthly Coaching Plans

The Bronze plan is a comprehensive Personal Training Plan for amateur cyclists and triathletes or beginners new to the sport looking for guidance to improve confidence and techniques on the bike. Or for athletes that are unsure as to whether they have the time or budget to commit to a full Gold or Silver Program. 

The Silver plan is a comprehensive Personalized Training Plan for Elite cyclists or triathletes that are looking to improve their racing abilities and cycling performance for a season of racing, sportive’s, events, other competitions or for enjoyment.   
 
The Gold plan is a comprehensive Personalized Training Plan for Elite  cyclists and triathletes that are keen to develop and fine tune their cycling performance for a season of racing, sportive’s, events or other competitions.

The Bronze Package

The Bronze Package Contains

  • Free Initial 20 Minute Consultation
  • Tailored Plan to Your Availability
  • Fortnightly feedback
  • Weekly turnaround on changes to training plan
  • Fortnightly contact by phone, email, video call or training peaks with coach.

How the Process Works:

  • STEP 1 – Having purchased the Bronze Package you are invited to set up the initial consultation to discuss your Training Plan, set goals and discuss your daily schedule with our head coach
  • STEP 2 – You complete a short personal profile questionnaire
  • STEP 3 – Your Training Plan will be personalized to you and uploaded to Training Peaks
  • STEP 4 – Following the telephone consultancy and the return of the short personal profile questionnaire any final will be made to your Training Plan which you will then be able to access and start training
  • STEP 5 – You will then be contacted fortnightly by your coach to discuss how your training is going and fine tune your plan
 
 

The Silver Package

The Silver Package contains

  • Feedback each week
  • Weekly turnaround on changes to training plan
  • Weekly contact by phone, email, video call or training peaks with coach.

  • Turnaround twice weekly on changes to training plan
  • Ongoing reviews and goal setting with Coach

  • STEP 1 – Having purchased the Gold Package you are invited to set up the initial consultation to discuss your Training Plan, set goals and discuss your daily schedule with our head coach
  • STEP 2 – You complete a short personal profile questionnaire
  • STEP 3 – Your Training Plan will be personalized to you and uploaded to Training Peaks
  • STEP 4 – Following the telephone consultancy and the return of the short personal profile questionnaire any final will be made to your Training Plan which you will then be able to access and start training
  • STEP 5 – You will then be contacted twice weekly by your coach to discuss how your training is going and fine tune your plan
  • STEP 6 – You will receive ongoing reviews of how your training is going from your Coach and adjust any goal setting as needed.
